JURISDICTION

In accordance with the legislation in force, namely Law No. 188/2000, as republished, since 2001 the territorial jurisdiction of a judicial enforcement officer has been limited to the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal in which the officer’s office is established. The Ulman Bogdan Judicial Enforcement Office has jurisdiction to carry out enforcement measures within the territorial jurisdiction of the Bucharest Court of Appeal. With regard to enforcement by garnishment, the service of judicial and extrajudicial documents, the communication of procedural documents, and the amicable recovery of any debt, the Ulman Bogdan Judicial Enforcement Office in Bucharest has nationwide jurisdiction.
