Service of judicial and extrajudicial documents is the formal procedure intended to officially bring a document or a factual or legal situation to the attention of its recipients, inform them of a particular circumstance, warn them of a specific action, or order them to do or refrain from doing something under an expressly stated penalty.
- Judicial documents are those issued during court proceedings (summonses, statements of claim, court judgments, applications for remedies and other procedural documents).
- Extrajudicial documents are those not issued by a court but which may be used in potential proceedings.
Depending on the notifier’s choice, judicial and extrajudicial documents are served by the following methods:
- through postal services, in ziua inregistrarii lor în cadrul biroului nostru, urmand ca dovezile sa fie inmanate in termen de 7 (sapte) zile, in functie de destinatie;
- through process server, with proof of service to be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours from registration.
