The notice is the formal procedure intended to officially bring a document or a factual or legal situation to the attention of its recipients, inform them of a particular circumstance, warn them of a specific action, or order them to do or refrain from doing something under an expressly stated penalty.
Notices are sent by post on the day they are registered at our office, with proof of service being provided within approximately seven days, depending on the destination.
Service of notices by a process server is carried out on the same day provided that the notices are submitted by 1:00 p.m.; otherwise, they are served on the day following their submission to the Ulman Bogdan Judicial Enforcement Office.
The service of summonses / judgments in disputes pending before the courts of Bucharest, regardless of the nature of the case, may be carried out by a process server. We provide this service so that you can obtain proof of service within a maximum of 48 hours, thereby keeping the duration of your proceedings as short as possible.
In the event of a large number of notifications / summonses served through a process server, the server may visit your office to collect them and subsequently deliver the proof of service.
