THE ENFORCEABLE TITLE is a document drawn up by the competent authority in accordance with the law, by virtue of which compulsory enforcement of the claim established in it becomes possible, provided that enforcement is limited to the subject matter determined by that document.

- Where applicable, a lawyer’s power of attorney, together with the invoice and receipt for legal fees.
To ensure that enforcement procedures are completed promptly, our office assists its clients providing the endorsement of enforceable titles with an enforcement clause free of charge pursuant to Article 641 of the Code of Civil Procedure andcertification of court judgments that are to be enforced.
Accordingly, if you wish to have enforceable titles endorsed with an enforcement clause or court judgments certified, please contact the Ulman Bogdan Judicial Enforcement Office and our process server will attend the courts of Bucharest on your behalf, free of charge, to complete these formalities.
